How does the subscription model work?
Instead of paying a large upfront cost for your Shopify store, you'll pay a manageable monthly fee. This includes design, development, and ongoing support. You can also enhance your plan with add-ons like SEO, email marketing, and social management.
What happens after my 12-month subscription ends?
You can choose to take full ownership and manage the site yourself, or stick with us on a reduced monthly retainer for ongoing support and growth.
Will my store by fully owned by me?
Yes! After the initial 12-month term, ownership of your site is fully transferred to you.

Can I cancel at any time?
You are committed for the first 12 months (or 24 on the Flourish plan). After that, you are free to cancel anytime or roll into a monthly retainer for continued support and updates.
What is a Shopify retainer plan?
A retainer plan is an ongoing monthly agreement that gives you a set number of hours for Shopify design, development and support services. This ensures your store says optimised, secure and up to date while you always have expert help on hand.
What services are included?
Hours can be applied to almost any Shopify task: feature builds, landing page creation, store speed improvements, bug resolutions, or marketing support. You submit requests through your Retainer Board or directly to your account manager, and work is scheduled based on your plan’s priority level
What if I don't use all my hours?
Unused hours do not roll over, encouraging you to maximize the value of your plan each month. This ensures dedicated resources are always available for your business, even if some months are quieter.
Can I change my plan as my needs change?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time to suit your business goals and workload. If you’re launching a major campaign, scaling up for a busy season, or simply need more/less support, your plan can flex with you.
How quickly will you response to my requests?
Standard support is provided within the timelines specific to your plan. Higher tiers receive expedited, sometimes same-day or next-business-day responses for critical requests. We aim to get all requests done within a timely manner, while conversion impacted bug fixes are always prioritised.
